Francisco X. Paladines received his Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

He has garnered a range of experience throughout the country from a small, three-staff office in San Diego to a medium sized office in Las Vegas and a large, industry-recognized office in Chicago.

He was born and raised in Chicago, is a product of the Chicago Public Schools; attending Holden Elementary in Chicago's Bridgeport neighborhood and Whitney Young High School in the city's near west-side.
